摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for smoothly changing a conveyance form of works performed with longitudinal flow conveyance in a plurality of work lines into lateral flow conveyance.SOLUTION: This method for changing the conveyance form of the works changes the longitudinal flow conveyance wherein each work is conveyed along the long direction of the work of an absorbent article into the lateral flow conveyance wherein each work is conveyed along in the short direction of the work. The method includes: (1) performing the longitudinal flow conveyance in a state that both end parts of each work are next to central parts of the works adjacent to each other in the short direction; (2) forming work groups each comprising N pieces of works; and (3) changing the conveyance of each work of the work groups from the longitudinal flow conveyance to the lateral flow conveyance in each work group. In the formation of the work groups, the works adjacent to each other in the short direction are associated with each other by an association pattern.
