摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminate sheet, the surface smoothness and rigidity of which is excellent and the warpage of which is made smaller under the condition that the thickness of the laminate sheet lies within the range between specified values and its percentage warpage is below the specified value in the laminate sheet formed by laminating sheets made of a composition prepared by compounding the specified quantities of fibrous reinforcing material and of particulate inorganic compound with thermoplastic polyester resin to each other. SOLUTION: This laminate sheet is produced by laminating sheets made of a composition by compounding 5-40 pts.wt. of fibrous reinforcing material and 5-50 pts.wt. of particulate inorganic compound with 100 pts.wt. of thermoplastic polyester resin to each other. If the loadings exceed 40 pts.wt., the anisotropy of the laminate sheet becomes striking and inferior surface smoothness results. If the loadings are below 5 pts.wt., no laminate sheet excellent in mechanical characteristics can be obtained. Further, the thickness of the sheet is set to be 0.4-5.0μm and its percentage warpage is set to be below 10%. If the sheet having the thickness of below 0.4μm is concerned, the laminate sheet with small warpage can be obtained by normally employing one sheet, resulting in making the adoptation of this method unnecessary. If the sheet having the thickness exceeding 5.0μm is concerned, the number of sheets to be employed becomes high, resulting in making the realization of a laminate sheet having stable quality difficult.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the surface external appearance by facilitating peeling of a sheet from a pressing plate by using the plate having uniform uneven part on the entire surface in contact with the sheet. SOLUTION: When a sheet made of polyester resin composition mixed with fibrous reinforcing material and particulate inorganic compound is thermally rolled, a pressing plate having uniform uneven part on the entire surface in contact with the sheet is used. Thus, the peelability of the sheet from the plate in the thermally rolling step is improved, and a polyester resin sheet having excellent surface external appearance and excellent various characteristics can be obtained. The sheet includes a single layer sheet and a laminated sheet. In the case of the laminated sheet, called 'board' of considerably large thickness is included. The ten point mean roughness of the uneven part is 5 to 60μm, and the number of the protrusions and recesses of the uneven part is 20 to 200 pieces/cm.
