    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce eccentricity between a bearing and a rotating shaft by setting a coefficient of friction on an inner peripheral side between an inner peripheral surface of a floating bush and an outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft greater than a coefficient of friction on an outer peripheral side between an outer peripheral surface of the floating bush and an inner peripheral surface of the bearing. SOLUTION: A floating bush 3 of a cylindrical shape is interposed to be slidable between a rotating shaft 2 and a bearing 1 through which the rotating shaft 2 is rotatably inserted. A clearance 6 on an inner peripheral side having a predetermined width D1 is formed between an inner peripheral surface 5 of the floating bush 3 and an outer peripheral surface 2a of the rotating shaft 2 and a clearance 7 in a recovery side having a predetermined width D2 is provided between an outer peripheral surface 4 of the floating bush 3 and an inner peripheral surface 1a of the bearing 1. Accordingly, a coefficient of friction on an inner peripheral side between the inner surface 5 of the floating bush 3 and the outer peripheral surface 2a of the rotating shaft 2 is set sufficiently greater than a coefficient of friction on an outer peripheral side between the outer peripheral surface 4 of the floating bush 3 and the inner peripheral surface 1a of the bearing 1.
