摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the smoothness by spraying a self-leveling hydraulic composition material with the flow value of the preset value or above to a backing face to form a hydraulic composition material layer, and hardening it to form a floor face. CONSTITUTION:The self-leveling hydraulic composition material is a water resin liquid containing a hydraulic inorganic material containing tricalcium aluminate about 10-100 pts.wt. and anhydrous gypsum about 2-40 pts.wt. against Portland cement 100 pts.wt., and the flow value is set to 190mm or above. A self-leveling hydraulic composition material is sprayed with a spraying machine, the thickness of a composition material layer formed on a backing face is made thin, the separation of composition components in the vertical direction is suppressed, the composition material layer is hardened, and a floor face is formed. Uniform composition and excellent smoothness can be maintained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain high purity anhydrous magnesium chloride with a thermally decomposing and melting furnace having a simple structure by forming a degassing section packed with carbon granules in the retort enclosed with a heat insulator and by heating the retort from the outside. CONSTITUTION:A furnace body 2 covered with refractory brick 2' is installed at the outside of a restort 1 formed with an opaque quartz tube, etc., and the retort 1 is kept warm and insulated from heat. A degassing section 5 packed with carbon granules is formed at an intermediate part of the retort 1, the upper space is used as a thermally decomposing section 6, and the lower space is used as a holding section 7. An intermediate product fed from the top of the furnace is thermally decomposed in the section 6, and most of the gaseous component is released to give anhydrous magnesium chloride powder. The powder is melted on the upper surface of the section 5, the melt is passed through the carbon packed bed to filter off the remaining gaseous component and foreign matter, and the purified melt gathers in the section 7. By making use of this melting furnace, anhydrous magnesium chloride of high purity and grade for manufacturing metallic magnesium by electrolysis is obtd.

While regulating the winding amount of the winder 9 properly, a load is applied by oil pressure through the cylinder of the load meter 2. The wt. of the powdery carbon substance to magnesium oxide is adjusted to about 1/4 and the mol ratio of the powdery carbon substance and the chlorine gas is adjusted to about 1:2. In addition, when carbon tetrachloride is used, it is used in an amount of about 1/2 times mol to magnesium oxide.
