摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration sensor constituted to implement miniaturization and high detection sensitivity. SOLUTION: This acceleration sensor is constituted of a detecting element 11. The detecting element 11 in this case is provided with piezoelectric crystal films formed on both sides of a substrate 12 by a hydrothermal synthesis method, and a signal deriving electrode 13 is formed on each main surface. The PZT-system piezoelectric crystal films are polarized along the thickness of the films via the substrate 12 and in opposite directions to each other (indicated in arrows X and Y) simultaneously with the formation of the films. 摘要： PURPOSE:To detect an infrared ray with high sensitivity and good responsiveness by arranging a prescribed number of pyroelectric elements on a protruding metal base, and arranging them in such a manner as not to be mutually present on the same plane. CONSTITUTION:A pyroelectric body layer 2 of lead titanozirconate is formed on a semi-cylindrical thin metal plate 1 by hydrothermal synthesis. Electrodes 3, 3 are formed in different directions on the pyroelectric body layer 2, and two pyroelectric elements are arranged in such a manner as not to be mutually present on the same plane. When a subject to be detected is advanced from the left, an infrared ray is made incident on the left pyroelectric element, and not to the right pyroelectric element, and the infrared ray, even when incident thereon, is a trace amount. Thus, the charge quantities generated in the two pyroelectric elements are largely differed from each other, and when the subject to be detected is advanced in the reverse direction, the result becomes reverse. In this case, the carried current is also reversed, and the infrared ray of the advancing subject can be efficiently detected by utilizing this.
