Now, the filling state of the paint is detected by whether or not the nonopen end 32b is on a light path K1. Further, an expansion control member 41 is provided on the outside of a pouch vessel 31 in the cartridge body 11. The expansion control member 41 abuts to the outer surface of the pouch bag 32 and controls the expansion of the pouch bag 32 to stabilize the shape of the pouch bag 32.
