      SOLUTION: This terminal block 50 is provided with a visor part 70 formed by covering at least upper parts of the respective electrode connection terminals 52, 54, 56, 58, 60 and 62 for protecting the respective electrode connection terminals from the liquid dropping from the upper part. The visor part 70 has a gradient so that its tip 72 further projects to the upper part relative to its root 74. The gradient may be reasonable but the visor part preferably has a gradient of a level allowing a droplet 41 having dropped from the upper part to be guided to the root 74 of the visor part 70 along the gradient of the upper part of the visor part 70. The terminal board 50 is provided with insulation partition plate parts 76 respectively arranged between the electrode connection terminals adjacent to each other. The arrangement direction of the respective electrode connection terminals may be parallel to the vertical direction or parallel to the horizontal direction.
