    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation-linear motion converting actuator which can easily supply oil to a rotation-linear motion converting mechanism inside a housing, even when there is difficulty in forming an introduction passage for directly supplying oil to the inside of the housing due to the arrangement of a C-ring.
      SOLUTION: An oil introduction passage 10g is configured so as to communicate with a groove 10f for a C-ring. Oil introduced from the oil introduction passage 10g to the groove 10f for a C-ring is easily introduced to an inside space 10i of a housing 6 through a gap between the groove 10f for a C-ring and the C-ring 26. Even in an actuator which makes it difficult to form an introduction passage for directly supplying oil to the inside of the housing 6 due to the arrangement of the C-ring 26, oil can be easily introduced to a planetary differential screw type rotation-linear motion converting mechanism 18 inside the housing 6. Thus, oil can be sufficiently supplied even when the actuator is made small owing to the reduction in the overall size of the internal combustion engine.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belleville spring reverse mounting determination structure and a belleville spring reverse mounting determination method which are capable of surely determining the reverse mounting of a belleville spring by means of an actuator which is provided with a locking member, a spacer and a belleville spring and moves the shaft in an axial direction by rotating a rotor rotatably supported by a bearing.
      SOLUTION: The method for determining the reverse mounting of the belleville spring enables determination of the reverse mounting of the belleville spring 22 because the reverse mounting of the belleville spring 22 causes an inner circumferential edge portion 22a to fall into the groove 20c of a spacer 20 and therefore the spacer 20 gets closer to a bearing 14 than the normal mounting, resulting in a low pressure for a moved position in the relationship between the moved position of the spacer 20 to the inner ring 14b of the bearing 14 and the pressure. An exactly opposite phenomenon to that in which an interference amount is increased at the time of the reverse mounting of the belleville spring 22 as in the conventional technology is utilized. Therefore, determination of the reverse mounting of the belleville spring 22 could not become difficult.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation-direct acting conversion actuator which can easily couple two partial housings and can easily be completed after coupling.
      SOLUTION: A nut 20a of a planet differential screw-type rotation-direct acting translator 20 is fitted into a front-side partial housing 10 through a bearing 16, and a stator 28 is fitted to a flange part 10b through a holding support 26. Thus, a rotor 22 can be inserted into the stator 28 only in the front-side partial housing 10 before the partial housings 10 and 12 are coupled in the housing 4. Thus, coupling work of the partial housings 10 and 12 is to insert a part where the stator 28 is confronted with the rotor 22 on a front-side partial housing 10-side into the rear-side partial housing 12 so as to couple them. Thus, the two partial housings 10 and 12 can easily be coupled and the actuator 2 can easily be completed after coupling.
