    • PURPOSE:To make the change in a car speed to be kept easy, by increasing the car speed through driving of an actuator while being depressed and providing a switch setting the detected car speed to a storage device. CONSTITUTION:When a set switch 38 is depressed, a switch 16 turns on and a car speed signal from an FV converter 14 is set to a storage device 18. The reference signal of the storage device 18 and the detected car speed signal are compared with each other at a comparator 20, the deviation signal drives an actuator 28 to keep the car to a constant speed. When an increase switch 30 is depressed, the actuator 28 is driven via an OR circuit 22 to increase the car speed. Simultaneously, the switch 16 turns on and the detected car speed signal is set to the storage device 18, and the reference signal is changed.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a car speed to be kept from being increased limitlessly through a failure of an increase switch, by avoiding the operation of a self-holding circuit from being operated, even by the operation of a set switch, if an increase switch is in operating state. CONSTITUTION:When a set switch 38 is depressed, a switch 16 turns on, and a car speed signal via a reed switch F/V converter 14 is set to a storage circuit 18. Further, a self-holding circuit 34 is set. The deviation between the output of the storage device 18 and a detected car speed signal is obtained at a comparator 20, and an actuator 28 is driven and the car speed is controlled at a constant value. When an increase switch 30 is depressed, a driving signal is outputted via an OR circuit 22 and the car speed can be increased. Even if the set switch 38 is depressed, since the self-holding circuit 34 is not set, the increase in the car speed can not be made limitless through a failure in the switch 30.

    • PURPOSE:To maintain a constant speed of a vehicle, by adjusting a gear position and a throttle valve in accordance with a specified speed of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:In case when a load put on an engine of a vehicle is increased when going up a slope, etc., a speed of the vehicle becomes slower than a specified speed of the vehicle, and the duty ratio of an output signal from a comparing circuit 20 becomes large. An actuator 28 is controlled by this signal, but when the speed of the vehicle is further decreased, an output of a comparing circuit 51 becomes on, a transistor 62 is turned on, a solenoid 66 is made a non- conducting state, and the gear is shifted down to No.3-speed from No.4-speed. As a result, the vehicle maintains a constant speed since decrease of the vehicle speed is compensated by increase of tractive force.
