The center unit 3 prepares a clean image where no moving body, such as a vehicle or pedestrian, is included, on the basis of a plurality of original images transmitted from a plurality of vehicles 4. The clean image is distributed to a following vehicle 4 reaching the unclear point. The vehicle unit 5 displays the distributed clean image as a guide image.
