    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ingress of water such as rain into a cabin from a fastening part of a roof rail to a roof.
      SOLUTION: A mounting leg part 16 comprises a seat part 18 and a fastening part 20, and the fastening part 20 comprises a body part 20A and a cylindrical part 20B. A general face 20A' of the body part 20A is inclined downwardly to the inner side with respect to the width direction of a vehicle. A fastening face 20B' of the cylindrical part 20B is set at the position offset upward of the general face 20A' so as not to be flooded with water. In addition, A water discharge unit consisting of a water discharge port 40 and a water discharge passage 42 are provided on an end on the inclined direction side of the general face 20A', and water such as rain flowing down on the general face 20A' is smoothly discharged. By this configuration, ingress of water along a mounting bolt 34 into a cabin can be prevented.

In this vehicle, when a predetermined load F acts on a joint between the roof-side rails 3 and the pillar 7, the predetermined load F is concentrated on the bendable part 75 and the bendable part 75 is bent. On this occasion, the bendable part 75 absorbs some of the predetermined load F by bending. Bending of parts of the pillar inner panel 73 other than the bendable part 75 is made difficult by the reinforcement part 77. Thus, in this vehicle, deformation of the pillar 7 or the roof reinforcement 5 by the predetermined load F can be suppressed.
