    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure signal out put device capable of coping with both the case a gauge resistance is showing plus or minus characteristics.
      SOLUTION: The pressure signal output device 1 comprises: the constant current electric source 14; the piezo resistance element 12, the resistance of which changes depending on the pressure, also the resistance changes depending on the temperature; the current regulation circuit 40; and the output terminal 16. The current regulation circuit 40 comprises the parallel circuit of the first current regulation circuit 20 for reducing the current depending on the temperature rise, and the second current regulation circuit 30 for increasing current depending on the temperature rise. The parallel circuit of the piezo resistance element 12 and the current regulation circuit 40 is serially connected with the constant current electric source 14. The output terminal 16 is connected with the joint point of the constant current electric source 14 and the piezo resistance element 12.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor output processing circuit which can reduce influence of an offset value from an output value of a pressure sensor, with simple constitution as compared with the conventional case. SOLUTION: A sensor output processing circuit of a combustion pressure sensor 24 is provided with a bottom value holding circuit 50 having a capacitor 52 for holding a bottom value of an output of the sensor 24, and a differential amplifier 62 for obtaining difference between an output of the sensor 24 and an output of the holding circuit 50. By using the sensor output processing circuit, the influence of an offset value can be reduced from the output value of the combustion pressure sensor 24 with simple constitution as compared with the conventional case.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit for moderating a nonlinear relation between a stress applied on a gage resistance and an output voltage, and also to provide a sensor equipped with the circuit.
      SOLUTION: This sensor 50 is provided with the gage resistance 10 having a piezoresistance effect, and applied with pressure from an outside. The sensor 50 is provided with a current generation means 20 for generating a current 20I determined by a function 20F using a resistance value 10R of the gage resistance 10 as a variable. The sensor 50 is provided further with a voltage generation means 30 for converting the current 20I from the current generation means 20 into a voltage to generate the output voltage 30V. The function 20F offsets nonlinear fluctuation of the resistance value 10R of the gage resistance 10 with respect to the stress to be converted into a current fluctuated linearly with respect to the stress.

      SOLUTION: This pressure sensor 11 is equipped with an approximately cylindrical housing 40 having a hollow space 10, a diaphragm 60 fixed to the front side of the housing 40, a force detection element 30 fixed to the rear side of the housing 40 via a pedestal 20, and a force transfer rod 50 extending in the axial direction in the hollow space 10 and transferring a pressure received by the diaphragm 60 to the force detecting element 30. The pressure sensor 11 is also provided with an elastic member 70 in a force transmitting system between a spot 58 where the force transfer rod 50 is in contact with the diaphragm 60 and a spot 28 where the pedestal 20 is in contact with the housing 40. The pressure sensor 11 has the characteristic of the spring constant of the elastic member 70 being smaller than the spring constant of the diaphragm 60.
