The spiral spring 10 is formed into a shape wherein the vertical surface part 12 on one side of adjacent spiral pieces 10C inside and outside in the radial direction is overlapped with the cross sectional shape of the other side spiral piece part 10C in the radial direction and not overlapped with each other in the center line direction.
