    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank and its manufacturing method with easy manufacturing and excellent fuel permeation prevention property having an upper tank and a lower tank separated formed and sufficiently having strength/rigidity.
      SOLUTION: In the fuel tank 1 made of thermoplastic synthetic resin, the fuel tank 1 is formed by integrating respective opening peripheral edges 11, 21 of the divided and separated molded upper tank part 10 and lower tank part 20. In the upper tank part and the lower tank part, non-woven fabric layers 19, 29 are provided on an inner surface or an outer surface of the fuel tanks respectively and fuel oil-resistant substrate resin layers 17, 27 formed by thermoplastic synthetic resin are provided on an outer surface or an inner surface of the non-woven fabric layers. In the fuel tank and its manufacturing method, the non-woven fabric of the non-woven fabric layers 19, 29 is compressed and the thermoplastic synthetic resin is impregnated in at least a part of the inside of the non-woven fabric layers.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a homogenous kneaded sheet by preventing the stagnation and non-uniform flow of a material, efficiently performing compression or shearing and enhancing the dispersing degree of a compounding agent.
      SOLUTION: In this hermetically closed type kneader, two rows of nogs 10 are arranged to two rotors 7 in a phase separated by about 180° mutually and formed into a spiral shape at a predetermined twist angle becoming symmetric left and right in a rotor axial direction. Each of the nogs 10 is formed so that the surface 11 on the front side of the rotary direction thereof almost starts from the end edge of each rotor 7 but the end surface 12 on the rear side of the rotary direction thereof is terminated so as not to reach the end edge on the opposite side of each rotor 7 and the upper part of each rotor 7 of the region where the end surface 12 does not reach is set to a material passage 20. Further, the nog 10 of the partner rotor 7 is meshed with the part between the end surface 12 on the rear side of the rotary direction of one nog 10 of each rotor 7 and the wall surface 13 on the front side of the rotary direction of the other nog 10.
