The seat cushion 2 includes a seat frame 6, a seat cushion pad 4, and a skin member 5. The lifter device 30 includes a pair of right and left link mechanisms, and a lifter rod 7. The lifter rod 7 is moved up and down by an action of the lifter device 30. The skin member 5 turns downward from a rear end portion of the seat cushion pad 4 to cover the lifter rod 7 therebelow and a lower face of an end portion of a seat rear side Rr of the seat cushion pad 4. In order that the lifter rod 7 positioned at a lowermost portion, a pushing member 8 for pushing the skin member 5 so that the lifter rod 7 at the lowermost portion may not abut the skin member 5 is disposed at a rear end portion 3K of the seat frame 6.
