On the lower stripe-like electrode 3 and the upper stripe-like electrode 1 which are formed in such a way, the lower collection electrode 6 and the upper collection electrode 5 are provided so as to extend over two parts or more, a large area and high resolution are obtained, and also, the structure is simplified.

Consequently, the simplification, size reduction, and price reduction are realized.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to sufficiently separate a test thread, which is to be knotted at a position, from the subsequent thread, even if the attaching pitch is small, so that the thread can be easily knotted by fixing a thread guide arm to an endless chain and by attaching the thread guide to that arm. CONSTITUTION:A pair of endless chains 15 and 16 are arranged under tension at the both sides of the shafts 9 and 10 of a thread knotting device 2. A thread guide 18 is fixed to the link plate 15a of the chain through the thread guide arm 17 radially protruding from the sprocket. A clip 19 is attached to the outer side of the thread guide arm. There are interposed between the thread knotting device 2 and the shaft 9 a pair of thread holding arms 27 which are operative to insert the test thread between the thread guides 18 into the thread knotting device. Thus, the spacing of the thread guide fixed to the ring plate of the meshing portion between the chain and sprocket is expanded larger than the attachment pitch to the endless chain.
