SOLUTION: The sauna apparatus supplies super-heated steam to a sauna space. The sauna apparatus includes a steam generator for generating steam, a steam heater for heating the steam supplied from the stem generator to generate super-heated steam, a space temperature detector for detecting the temperature of the sauna space, and a control section. When the difference between a set temperature of the sauna space and the measurement temperature of the space temperature detector is larger than a first temperature difference and when a fluctuation range of the temperature of the sauna space during a set past period is within a set range, the control section suppresses the upper limit of the increase rate of output of the steam generator at a set increase rate.
