    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor device which can be handled safely, even if it is equipped with a regenerative resistor. SOLUTION: In a regenerative resistor temperature indicator 16, which displays the temperature of a regenerative resistor 15 of a motor device 1, a thermoelectric module 21 converts the heat generated at regenerative power consumption by the regenerative resistor 15 into an electric power, corresponding to the temperature of the regenerative resistor 15. The power supply part 22 of the regenerative resistor temperature indicator 16 utilizes the power, resulting from conversion by the thermoelectric module 21, to illuminate a red LED 232 of a display part 23, for displaying the temperature of the regenerative resistor 15. According to the configuration, even if the power supply of the motor device 1 is cut off, the temperature of regenerative resistor 15 is displayed on the display part 23, to allow an operator to discriminate whether the regenerative resistor 15 is in danger, resulting in safe handling of the motor device 1.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling method enabling prevention of undershooting of pressure, without being accompanied by an excessive delay, on the occasion when a target value is changed over toward lowering of the pressure in a heating barrel in the course of a follow-up pressure process.
      SOLUTION: The pressure in a mold 1 is changed in stages by dividing the follow-up pressure process into a plurality of stages and by individually setting the target value of the pressure for each stage. On the occasion of changing over the target value toward lowering of the pressure in the heating barrel 12 in the course of the follow-up pressure process, the pressure is reduced by moving back a screw 14 at a prescribed speed in the heating barrel 12.
