    • PURPOSE:To apply optimum feedback control by setting a setting value of a feedback control circuit feeding back a controlled system as V1 to a setting value Vi of a PiD circuit at first and switching an output V0 of the PiD operation to the feedback control circuit. CONSTITUTION:A feedback circuit 11 feeds back a signal of a controlled system 12 to the setting value Vi, a feedback circuit 13 uses the signal of the controlled system 12 as the setting value V1 to apply feedback control to the output V0 of the PiD circuit and both the circuits 11, 13 are switched over by a changeover switch 14. The term (i) 15 feeds back the controlled system 12 to a summing point 17 via the circuit 11 to the setting value Vi and the term (i) 16 feeding back the control variable to the summing point 17 via the circuit 13 to the setting value V1 is provided in a circuit 18 and they are changed over by the switch 14. The term (i) 16 has a smaller constant than the term (i) 15 and when the control is changed over from the circuit 11 to the circuits 13 and 18, the term (i) 16 is used. Thus, the disadvantage of slow response is eliminated and optimum feedback is attained.
