    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a trouble in operation of a microcomputer in time of emergency even if battery voltage is lower than the operating voltage of the microcomputer.
      SOLUTION: A regular power supply circuit 14 obtains a regular power source by converting AC from a commercial power supply 11 to DC. An LED light source unit 19 is lighted by DC power from the regular power supply circuit 14 by means of a regular LED lighting circuit 16, and the microcomputer 23 regularly uses the regular power source from the regular power supply circuit 14 as a power supply. A charging circuit 15 charges a battery 21 with the DC power from the regular power supply circuit 14 at a voltage lower than the operating voltage of the microcomputer 23. In the time of emergency when the commercial power supply 11 fails, an emergency power supply circuit 25 boosts the DC voltage from the battery 21 to obtain an emergency power source for lighting the LED light source unit 19, and at the same time, supplies the voltage higher than the operating voltage of the microcomputer to the microcomputer 23.
