      SOLUTION: A core material 5 has a plurality of inner peripheral slots 7 formed in the peripheral direction and outer peripheral slots 6, each of which is offset from each of the inner peripheral slots 7 by a predetermined angle in a direction of rotation or in an inverse direction of rotation of a rotor 1. A plurality of iron cores 5 are stacked to form a block 2a, and a plurality of iron cores 5 are stacked inversely to form a block 2b. A rotor core 2 made by stacking the blocks 2a and 2b has the outer peripheral slots 6 which are offset in opposite directions from a reference line L1 which connects the center of the rotor core 2 and the center of each of the inner peripheral slots 7.
