摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer for calculating the concentration of organic impurities in flowing water of water purifying facilities, sewage treatment facilities or the like or an exhaust gas of incineration facilities or the like relatively simply and continuously.
SOLUTION: Organic impurities are adsorbed by activated carbon by passing a fluid through columns 1-1a and 1-1b filled with activated carbons 1-2a and 1-2b in both cases of gaseous and solution-like fluids. The organic impurities once adsorbed are separated from once adsorbed activated carbon and subjected to oxidative decomposition to be converted to inorganic ions by heating the peripheries of the activated columns while passing an inert gas like a nitrogen gas through the columns and the inorganic ions are measured by an ion chromatograph analyzer 7.

SOLUTION: A drain tank downcomer 15 is connected to a high-pressure feed water heater drain tank 14 to receive drain water from a high-pressure feed water heater 11, and a drain pump 16 is connected to the downcomer 15. A pump discharge line 17 is connected to the drain pump 16, and the pump discharge line 17 is connected to a water feed line 12 on the upstream side from a water feed pump 10. At the upstream side of the feed water line 12, the feed water line 12 on the downstream side from a low-pressure feed water heater 9 is connected to the downcast pipe 15 by a cold water injection line 22. When operating the system to purify feed water and condensate, an operation to purify the pump discharge line 17 is carried out by leading the condensate to the downcomer 15 from the cold water injection line 22 to make it as a water source for the drain pump 16 and starting the drain pump 16, in the high-pressure feed water heater drain system, and thus clad carried into the feed water line 12 can be reduced.

SOLUTION: A total organic carbon(TOC) decomposition device 21 is connected to lines 20 of various types such as drain lines and transportation lines leading from a TOC source in a nuclear power plant to primary pipes, and a conductivity meter 23 is placed in an exit line 22 of the drain line. Consequently, the outflow of TOC to a primary system is prevented to keep the quality of the water in the primary system from degenerating, the quality of the reactor water is maintained at high purity and the quantity of the water discharged to the environment can be reduced.
