摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer for calculating the concentration of organic impurities in flowing water of water purifying facilities, sewage treatment facilities or the like or an exhaust gas of incineration facilities or the like relatively simply and continuously.
SOLUTION: Organic impurities are adsorbed by activated carbon by passing a fluid through columns 1-1a and 1-1b filled with activated carbons 1-2a and 1-2b in both cases of gaseous and solution-like fluids. The organic impurities once adsorbed are separated from once adsorbed activated carbon and subjected to oxidative decomposition to be converted to inorganic ions by heating the peripheries of the activated columns while passing an inert gas like a nitrogen gas through the columns and the inorganic ions are measured by an ion chromatograph analyzer 7.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the operation of promoting reduction reaction and recovering products and to improve the efficiency of electrolysis by constituting a device so as to efficiently progress the regeneration of lithium after reduction. SOLUTION: The inner surface of a reaction vessel 8 and the surface of a stirrer 12 arranged inside an oxide recovery vessel 11 are covered with a ceramic coating layer 14. A nuclear fuel recovery vessel 11 is formed from porous ceramics and combined in one with cathode 10 for electrolytic reaction. The anode 9 on the other side is a carbon electrode. By isolating oxide fuel 13 from lithium 15 with a nuclear fuel recovery vessel 11, only solved lithium contacts the oxide fuel 13. By this, excess adhesion of lithium on products and the nuclear fuel recovery vessel 11 of products is avoided and recovery operation is facilitated. When lithium turns to lithium oxide by reducing oxides, it is promptly regenerated to lithium on the cathode 10. The lithium after regeneration can contact oxide fuel 13 in a shortest path for reducing again by this, and so the consumption and regeneration of lithium is efficiently repeated and reduction efficiency also improves.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount of generated waste liquid and an operation load of a condensate demineralizer, by inhibiting organic carbon from solving out of an ion exchange resin in the condensate demineralizer. SOLUTION: Concentration of dissolved oxygen in demineralized water is reduced in order to deaerate the demineralized water in a condensate demineralizer 7 installed in a nuclear power plant. An air-bleeding line 24 equipped with an oxygen concentration meter 27 is connected to an upper part of the condensate demineralizer 7 and an eductor 25 is connected to the air-bleeding line 24. A condensed water inlet header pipe 15 and a condensed water inlet pipe 17 are connected to the upper part of the condensate demineralizer 7 while a condensed water outlet header pipe 36 and a condensed water outlet pipe 38 are connected to a lower part thereof. A recirculation line 41 is connected so as to bypass the condensed water inlet header pipe 15 and the condensed water outlet header pipe 36. A vent line 19 is connected to the condensed water inlet header pipe 15 and an inert-gas supply line 21 is connected to the vent line 19. The eductor 25 is connected so as to bypass a treatment system bus pipe 31 connected to water treatment equipment 35 of a liquid waste treatment system.
