      SOLUTION: The organic EL display panel DP has an array substrate 1, a counter substrate 2, and an adhesive layer 3. The array substrate 1 has a plurality of organic EL elements arranged on a substrate SUB, and a protective film 20. The protective film 20 contains a first inorganic film 21 formed above the substrate SUB, for covering the plurality of organic EL elements and formed of a material mainly composed of silicon, and a second inorganic film 22 formed above the first inorganic film and formed of a material mainly composed of aluminum and oxygen.
