    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reception circuit that can suppress an increase in power consumption even when using an analog filter and a digital filter in combination.
SOLUTION: A reception circuit is equipped with an LPF 7 for eliminating disturbing waves and noise from an analog reception signal, an ADC 9 for digitizing a signal output from the LPF 7, an FIR filter 10 that further eliminates disturbing waves and noise from a signal output from the ADC 9 to correct the turbulence of in-band characteristics caused by the LPF 7, a delay circuit 12 for delaying the signal output from the ADC 9 by a predetermined period of time, and a control circuit 12 for controlling the destination of the signal output from the ADC 9. The control circuit 12 switches the destination of the signal output from the ADC 9 to either the FIR filter 10 or the delay circuit 12 based on a predetermined condition.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an automatic ticket gate device that performs an admission process by means of a wireless medium to perform an accurate admission process by recognizing the identity between the wireless medium and its owner, and preventing interference to passengers passing through other gates. SOLUTION: The automatic ticket gate device comprises a reader/writer 105 for reading and writing boarding information; a gate unit 111 for enclosing the reader/writer; and a directional antenna 106 disposed on a floor face between two gate units arranged in parallel, the antenna having the maximum directivity gain in the direction of the ceiling. This arrangement causes the gate units to work as reflectors, narrowing down the range of electric waves, and keeping the electric waves from reaching adjacent gates easily. This prevents interference to the sending/receiving devices of different gates and facilitates the installation and adjustment of the automatic ticket gate device. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
