    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a docking device for avoiding the damage of a shutter. SOLUTION: A docking device (2) is provided with a main body (19) having a placing face (20) faced to a bottom face (6a) of electronic equipment (1). A second connector (22) connected to a first connector (9) of the electronic equipment (1) and a plurality of positioning protrusions (30a, 30b) are arranged on a placing face (20) of the main body (19). The second connector (22) is provided with protrusions (25a, 25b) for opening a shutter (13) for closing a connection port (11) of the electronic equipment (1). The positioning protrusions (30a, 30b) are projected from the placing face (20), and engaged with the electronic equipment (1) so that the positioning of the placing face (20) and the electronic equipment (1) can be executed. The positioning protrusions (30a, 30b) are arranged so as to be distributed to the width direction of the main body (19) to the second connector (22) at positions shifted from the second connector (22) to the depth direction of the main body (19), and the projection height is larger than that of the protrusions (25a, 25b) of the second connector (22).     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment having an antenna that is storable in a body and arrangeable at a position not hindering operation and display while having almost no poor transmission/reception of an electromagnetic wave in each part of the body during use. SOLUTION: A folding antenna unit 32 is provided at the right and left ends of a keyboard 34 so as to form a lower casing 3. Accordingly, the antenna unit 32 is storable in the body. The lower casing 3 and the antenna unit 32 are made to be identical to each other in design. Therefore, there is no protrusion or the like so as to eliminate catching and difficulty in holding when carrying. In a state of using the antenna unit 32, an antenna wire 32C in an arm 32A of the antenna unit 32 is arranged at a position apart from an information processor 1. Thus, radio-wave interference in-between each part of the information processor 1 is reduced so as to prevent a deterioration in reception sensitivity.
