摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide portable electronic equipment capable of surely mounting an elastic buffering member on the recessed part of a housing. SOLUTION: This portable electronic equipment is provided with a housing 301 having a front face and a buffering member 355 formed of a rubber-shaped elastic body mounted on the front face of the housing. The housing is provided with a recessed part 356 formed on the front face for deciding the mounting position of the buffering member and a through-hole 357 opened at the bottom of the recessed part. The buffering member is provided with a main body 358 to be fit into the recessed part and a string-shaped grip part 359 communicated with the main body, and the top end of the grip part is put through the recessed part into the through-hole, and the top end of the grip part is pulled to the opposite side of the front face of the housing so that the main body of the buffering member can be fit into the recessed part.

The heat dissipation member is fixed detachably with a heat sink 201. The heat sink 201 comprises a heat dissipation panel 202 touching the heat dissipation member, a large number of heat dissipating protrusions 205 projecting from the heat dissipation panel 202, and a motor fan 220 supported on the heat dissipation panel 202 and introducing the cooling air to the surroundings of the heat dissipating protrusions 205.

The close winding portion 40a is expanded by a coil winding portion 39a, to be elastically deformed in such a manner that the falling angle thereof is reduced. Accordingly, return force to return to an original, natural state (a state fallen along an axis where a shape of the close winding portion 40a viewed from an end surface becomes an elliptical shape, wherein a falling angle is theta1), i.e., lock torque is generated in the coil spring 40. Because free turning of the display portion can be restricted by the lock torque, the display portion can be held at a predetermined erecting angle even if a hand is separated from the display portion after adjusting an erecting angel of the display portion.
