CONSTITUTION: An input device 1 decides the priority of load 1 to be cut off or to be thrown in. An arithmetic unit 2 is connected to the input device 1, and power 12 and use power 13 are inputted, and the range of load to be cut off or thrown in is decided from the quantity of change of power capacity capable of being supplied and the load capacity in use or in pause, and the quantity of surplus power generated in the case where the load is cut off or thrown in is operated. A display 3 indicates the priority of load which is cut off or thrown in, being inputted into the input device 1 and the arithmetic unit 2, or the range of load. A guidance display 4 is connected to the arithmetic unit 2, and indicates the change disposition of the priority to lessen the quantity of surplus power. Hereby, the number of loads to be operated is reduced so that it may not come to power purchase or that the generator may not be overload.

    • PURPOSE:To grasp the power consumption status of system loads easily by a method wherein luminance data or chromaticity data are taken out by using a conversion memory in accordance with the power consumptions of the system loads and the luminances or the chromaticities of the system loads are displayed as variable factors. CONSTITUTION:Currents which are applied to loads 1, 2 and 3 through respective system lines 11, 12 and 13 from a system bus 10 are converted into proper current signals corresponding to the current values by respective converters 14, 15 and 16 and transmitted to a field side input apparatus. The field side input apparatus converts those current conversion signals into digital current values which are supplied to a display process controller 22 as load identification data and current data showing load current values by a measuring and calculating means 21. The display process controller 22 takes out predetermined luminance data in accordance with the current data showing load current values and produces the display picture information by using the luminance data corresponding to the load current values to display system lines 25, 26 and 27 on a display unit 24.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent an overload state of a drive motor when a ventilator is started by setting a start ready state of the ventilator when the velocity of an air current is reduced down a prescribed level of or less. CONSTITUTION:When a damper B-b is opened, the air current produced by a ventilator B-A flows into a ventilator B-B via a damper B-B and the velocity of the air current is measured by an airflow meter 2. In case this measured value is larger than a prescribed level, the start of the ventilator B-B is locked. In other words, the trip of a power circuit due to the overload is prevented in case an adverse air current flows into the ventilator B-B at a velocity higher than a prescribed level. Then the start lock of the ventilator B-B is released when the velocity of the air current is reduced less than a prescribed level. Thus the overload state of the ventilator B-B can be avoided at its start up. Then the power circuit never trips.

The door 15B is prevented from being closed when the key 7d is kept vertical, and whether the key 7d is merely returned or the building gang control is started is discriminated by a controller 1.
