    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assign and transmit a plurality of sheets of content information to a plurality of vehicles and to generate the plurality of sheets of content information through communication among the plurality of vehicles.SOLUTION: An information providing system comprises: image imaging means for imaging a traveling vehicle on a road; an antenna in which a communication possible region having a radio field intensity model covering a plurality of routes along a travelling direction is set; and an information providing device for providing the traveling vehicle with content information. The information providing device comprises: image analyzing means for analyzing a plurality of numbers of vehicles of a vehicle group, positions and mean speed from a plurality of frame images imaged; optimal information dividing means for assigning a series of a plurality of sheets of content information to vehicles constituting the vehicle group and divides the vehicles when a number of vehicles is a predetermined numbers of vehicles or more and speed thereof is a predetermined speed or less from an analysis result; and transmission processing means for transmitting an assigned number of sheets of the content information to an entry vehicle through the antenna when it reaches time when each vehicle enters the communication possible region.
