    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water management system capable of realizing secure water management by accurately measuring a water level and the like all the time depending on a change of a bottom of a water area.SOLUTION: The water management system is configured to have an information collection apparatus and a central processing unit. The information collection apparatus moves in a predetermined range of a water area which includes a river, lake, and pond to collect GPS information and transmits data on the latitude, longitude, altitude, and time by radio communication. The central processing unit receives and processes the data transmitted from the means for information collection and generates information for water management which includes water levels in the predetermined range of the water area.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generator capable of supplying electric power regardless of bad weather and a telemeter water level observation system.SOLUTION: A telemeter water level observation system comprises a power generator and an observation system. The power generator comprises: a wind power/hydraulic power electricity generation unit which includes a magnetic substance rotatable by wind power or hydraulic power and a transmission line internally equipped with a coil, and generates electricity using electromagnetic induction caused by rotation of the magnetic substance; a water level measuring instrument; a rectifier which rectifies AC voltage generated in the coil due to electromagnetic induction; and a power storage unit which stores rectified DC voltage. The observation system includes: a DC power supply which is connected with the power generator; a measurement data processing unit which processes measurement data measured by the water level measuring instrument and calculates water level information; and a data communication unit which communicates the water level information to an external information terminal.
