    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation controller for road tunnel that can prevent the concentration of a pollutant from rising in a road tunnel by quickly detecting a traffic jam and increasing the ventilation rates of ventilators or the operating number of ventilators when the traffic jam occurs in the tunnel.
      SOLUTION: This ventilation controller is provided with a ventilation rate computing means 7 which computes the required ventilation rate in the road tunnel 2 through which vehicles 1 run based on the measured value of at least one of a smoke transmissometer 3, a carbon-monoxide densitometer 4, an anemoscope/anemometer 5, and a vehicle sensing device 6 installed in the tunnel 2 and outputs a ventilation rate commanding value for the tunnel 2, a traffic jam discriminating means 10 which discriminates the occurrence of the traffic jam in the tunnel 2 upon receiving the output of a supervisory camera 9, the vehicle sensing device 6, or the anemoscope/anemometer 5 installed in the tunnel 2, and a ventilation rate deciding means 11 which increases the ventilation rate commanding value outputted from the ventilation rate computing means 7 and gives the increased commanding value to the ventilators 8 when the discriminating means 10 discriminates the occurrence of the traffic jam.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and automatically monitor a traffic situation without deteriorating performance of image processing by monitoring and managing a state of a camera.
      SOLUTION: The camera 11 is installed in a position wherein photographing on a road can be performed. A camera information recording device 12 previously stores a reference image that is a reference for distinguishing the state of the camera 11. A camera monitor 14 compares a monitoring image photographed by the camera 11 and the reference image stored in the camera information recording device 12, and calculates a luminance difference between the monitoring image and the reference image to acquire a difference image. The camera monitor 14 distinguishes the state of the camera 11 based on the acquired difference image. A camera management device 15 manages the camera 11 based on the state of the camera 11 distinguished by the camera monitor 14.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel ventilation control device, economically and effectively ventilable in a tunnel having a jet fan and a centralized exhaust facility. SOLUTION: This tunnel ventilation control device has the jet fan 22 as a ventilation facility, and the centralized exhaust facility having an exhaust port 24 for centralized exhaust. An anemometer 26, a smoke indicator 27 and a polluted gas densitometer 28 are arranged in the tunnel 21. The centralized exhaust facility 23 also has blade angle variable exhausters 25R(L) communicating the exhaust port 24 via an exhaust dust 31, and the exhaust duct 31 is provided with duct inside anemometers 26R(L) measuring a wind speed just before the exhausters. The operation air volume of the exhausters 25R(L) is determined based on a measured value of the anemometer 26, the smoke indicator 27 and the polluted gas densitometer 28 in the tunnel, and after its operation, a blade angle of the exhausters 25R(L) is changed until an exhaust air volume actual value determined from the duct inside anemometers 26R(L) and the known duct cross-sectional area, coincides with the exhauster operation air volume.
