    • PURPOSE:To make it easy to inspect gas insulated closed switches by connecting one end of a high-voltage coil that is wound on an iron coil and grounding the other end and effecting the grounding through a cable with high insulation resistance and a switch that is separately provided from a high-voltage conductor. CONSTITUTION:A high-voltage coil 105 is put in a case 103 that constitutes a high-voltage apparatus 102 for a gas insulation instrument, and one end of the coil 105 is connected to a high-voltage conductor 101 in a gas insulation closed switch that is covered with an outer cover. Next, the other end of the coil 105 is grounded in such a way that a high-voltage grounding bushing 104 is pierced through the bottom plate of each case 103, and a cable 106 with high insulation resistance is connected to the bushing, and they are surrounded with a wiring pipe 107, and in the end of the pipe 107 where those wires gather a plurality of switches 109 are placed, and an insulation resistance measurement box 108 that is grounded is provided. When, with this construction, one of transformers 102 is to be inspected, the corresponding switch 109 is operated during that time.

    • PURPOSE:To remove water in the inside of a layer and prevent the slippage of a layer and improve the reliability while bearing the mechanical force by using a plastic film in which a plurality of recessed grooves and projected mountain parts are formed as a thin insulating material to compose an insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of stripes of recessed grooves with 5mum or more depth and 0.5mm or more width are formed on one side of a plastic film 12 on the external circumference of a center conductor 1 and projected mountain parts with the same size are formed in the same sites on the other side. The film 12 is so wound as to interlock the recessed grooves and the projected mountain parts while making the grooves and the projected mountain parts in harmony with the longitudinal direction of the conductor 1 and by inserting an equalizer electrode 3 in every prescribed size, a capacitor core 4 is manufactured. Consequently, even if the winding length becomes long due to that the bushing is made to have the high voltage and large size, drying and vacuum impregnation can be carried out completely within a short time, so that it is manufactured easily. Further, it can has stable function against mechanical force, so that it becomes economical and has high quality and improved reliability.

    • PURPOSE:To make shorten the insulation distance to the optimum value and to the transformer small and light by constituting the high tension shield composed of four parts by a methode wherein the high tension shield is divided into two parts in the least radius direction and is furthermore divided into two parts in the peripheral direction which are assembled to make a high tension shield. CONSTITUTION:The high tension shield 101 has a cross section of bag form with at least three kinds of curvature radius. The first part has the radius r1 at least necessary to decrease the electric stress along the surface of the high tension coil 4. The second part has the radius r2 determined by the insulating distance (a) from the grounding shield 6. The third part has the radius r3 determined by the insulating distance (c) from the tank 8. These are divided into two parts in the radius direction, and furthermore the peripheral surfaces are divided at the contact point of the r2 part and r3 part, resulting in four parts. As the cross section of the high tension shield has a bag form, such curvature radius as making the insulating distance from the grounding part shortest can be arbitrarily selected. The grounding part confronts with the high tension shield. The size of the fixing washer of the high tension shield can also be freely selected within the size of the cross section of bag form. Thus the high tension shield is made small and the insulation distance is shortened to the optimum value.

CONSTITUTION:A high-voltage winding 3 wound around a wound core 20 is inserted into one leg of a core 1, and a high-voltage shield 4 is mounted on the outer circumference of the high-voltage winding 3. The four corners of the core 1 are held firmly by clamps 8 for increasing the mechanical strength of the voltage transforming section. A projection 21 formed at one end of the core is also held firmly by the clamps 8 at the same time, a guide 16 is inserted into a recessed notch 22 formed at the other end, and the guide 16 is retained strongly by clamps 8, thus securely maintaining the wound core 20 by the clamps 8.

CONSTITUTION:An impact force controller which is constituted by an oscillation system element 15 composed of a mass 13 and a plurality of springs 14 supporting the mass 13 and a sensor 16 which senses an external force which exceeds the allowable external force of a high voltage coil 3 by the amplitude of the mass 13 is attached to the outside of a tank 8 which houses and encloses a voltage transformer. When an external force is applied to the weakest direction of the high voltage coil 3, the horizontal oscillation of the oscillation system element 15 of the impact force controller is induced and the mass 13 starts reciprocal movement along the direction of the external force application. Is the amplitude of the mass 13 is proportional to the external force, the sensor 16 is provided at the position of the maximum amplitude when the external force corresponding to the allowable value of the high voltage coil 3 and, if the mass 13 touches the sensor 16, it is judged that the external force exceeds the allowable external force of the high voltage coil 3. With this constitution, reliability of operation can be improved.

A crossing point P between the insulation of the high voltage coil 3 and a vertical line O-A drawn from a center O of bending radius (r) of both ends of the high voltage shielding 4 is positioned in such a manner that, if a winding thickness (build) of the high voltage coil 3 is H, a distance H1 from the high voltage shielding 4 to the point P is kept to be not less than 0.2H. With this constitution, the electrical stress at the upper part of the high voltage coil 3. where the electrical stress is the highest, or at the flat part of the high voltage coil 3 is relieved so that the size and the weight of a gas insulated VT can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To surely remove molsture from the inner portion of an insulating layer so as to improve the long-term insulating reliability of a gas insulation capacitor type bushing by winding a plastic film forming the insulating layer under such environment that humidity and temperature are sufficiently controlled. CONSTITUTION:When a plastic film 12 is wound round the outer circumference of a central conductor 1, the process is carried out under such environment that relative humidity is kept at not more than 60 percent. Moreover, the film 12 is connectively wound while heat control is being carried out in such a manner that the circumferential temperature of the film 12 given at a point of time when the film 12 is wound round via a heating device 13 may come to a constant temperature ranging from 40 to 80 degrees centigrade, and then a capacitor core 4 is formed while an equalizer electrode 3 is being inserted between the turns of the film for each specified size. The film can thus be wound round in such a condition that moisture whose molecular size does not much exceed several tens of angstroms, while being attached to the surface of the film 12, has been completely removed through a heating process under the environment of low humidity even if a bushing is formed for high-voltage service and in a large size to increase the wound width of the film 12. The process of drying the film is accordingly curtailed to facilitate manufacture of the bushing, and also the long- term insulation reliability of the bushing can be improved.

Ancillary parts such as a bushing 7, a low pressure terminal 8, an insulating gas charging valve 9, a pressure switch 10, a pressure avoiding device, etc., are fastened air-tightly to the communication holes 13a-13e parts respectively, and necessary connections with voltage transforming element in the sealed vessel 5 are done.

CONSTITUTION:A cover 8 and a flange 11b to be used to fasten the cover are provided on the upper part of a tank 11a, the lower part of the tank 11a has the outside diameter coinciding with the diameter of a tank 11, and the tabular base 11c on which a hole 11e is provided on the inside is formed into integral structure by welding leaving the space necessary to fix a voltage transforming part 5. Besides, a mirror-faced plate 11d, having the diameter coinciding with the diameter of the hole 11e of the base 11c, is integrally constructed with the base 11c by welding. The voltage transforming part 5 is suspended from the aperture part of the upper flange 11b of the airtight tank 11 formed in integral structure as above-mentioned, and said voltage transforming part 5 is securely fastened to the base 11c with a bolt using a special jig. Subsequently, the cover 8 and a spacer 9 are airtightly fastened through the intermediary of the sealing material such as a gasket and the like. As a result, the weight of the title transformer can be decreased substantially by the reduction in outside diameter and by hollowing the center part.

CONSTITUTION:A saturable reactor is mounted to surround a low voltage lead bushing seat inside a tank of the low voltage lead bushing seat. Insulating plates 16 having a plenty of electric insulation are disposed at both ends of a saturable reactor 15 inside a tank 8 of the low voltage lead bushing seat 14, a plurality of clamping parts 18 are disposed on the outer periphery of a metal retainer 17 and the reactor 15, and mounted on the seat 14. Thus, the lead of the reactor 15 can be extremely shortened as compared with the conventional one. Therefore, the resistance value of the reactor 15 including the leads decreases to increase the resistance loss when the reactor 15 operates as an iron resonance suppressor increases, thereby enhancing the suppressing effect.
