As raw materials of the separation function layer, a compound (A) in which a hydrolyzable group and a reactive group having an ethylenic unsaturated group are bound to a silicon atom, a compound (B) which is a compound except the compound (A) and has one reactive group having the ethylenic unsaturated group and has an acidic group, and a compound (C) which is a compound except the compound (A) and has two or more reactive groups each having the ethylenic unsaturated group are used, and the separation function layer is formed by condensation of the ethylenic unsaturated groups contained in the compound (A) and polymerization of ethylenic unsaturated group contained in the compound (A), the compound (B) and the compound (C).
