    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latent-crimpable polyester conjugate fiber suitable for obtaining a nonwoven fabric having superior stretchability and stretch recovery, and excellent cuttability.SOLUTION: The latent-crimpable polyester conjugate fiber is produced by conjugating (A) a copolymerized polyethylene terephthalate in which 2-7 mol% of an ethylene oxide adduct and/or ester forming derivative of a compound having a bisphenol skeleton is copolymerized with respect to the whole acid component, and 5-13 mol% of isophthalic acid is copolymerized with respect to the whole acid component; and (B) polyethylene terephthalate to which 0.2-1.0 mass% of oxo acid is added with respect to a mass of the polymer, side by side.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crimped polylactic acid yarn having all of excellent highly bulky property, high bulkiness-recovering property and heat resistance, also rich in touch feeling and elasticity, excellent in washing durability, and further having a good antistatic property and discoloration-preventing property.
      SOLUTION: This crimped polylactic acid yarn of which fiber cross section is an eccentric hollow cross section, consisting of the polylactic acid is provided by satisfying all of the following requirements. Provided that, (1) Hollowness rate is 20 to 50%, (2) Crimping rate is 10 to 40%, and (3) eccentricity rate is 10 to 40%. Further the fiber surface is covered with a silicone-based polymer membrane, and the silicone-based polymer membrane contains an amino-modified silicone having an alkoxy terminal or amino-modified silicone having a hydroxy terminal and an aminoalkoxysilane as essential components.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester binder fiber for papermaking having both high flowability and high dispersion property in water, and capable of providing a low weight and thinned paper.SOLUTION: A polyester fiber contains polyalkylene terephthalate having a melting point of 230°C or higher as a core component and amorphous polyester as a sheath component. The amorphous polyester contains one or more selected from isophthalic acid, adipic acid and their derivatives as a dicarboxylic acid component with content occupied in the dicarboxylic acid component of 15 to 40 mol%, and diethylene glycol as a diol component with content occupied in the diol component of 2 to 4 mol%. The sheath component contains an inorganic particle of 0.05 to 0.20 mass% based on the sheath component. A length of the fiber is 3 to 15 mm.
