SOLUTION: This method is to fasten an end of a fiber rope 1 by using a socket 2. The starting position for loosening of the end of the fiber rope 1 is set at a distance of 2-7 times based on the rope diameter from a part 211 near an inlet of the socket 2 and the part of the rope 1 after the position is loosened. A fixing material 4 prepared by mixing an inorganic powdery or granular material having a particle size of No.3 (2-0.3 mm average diameter) to No.6 (0.32-0.1 mm average diameter) in a ratio of 100-175 based on 100 of a thermosetting resin therein is injected into the interior of the socket 2 and cured.
