    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal grating that may be used for a long period of time causing no peeling of a coated film and marked corrosion under an irregular high-pressure hot-water environment expected in design and excellent in scratch resistance and corrosion resistance under a regular use environment.SOLUTION: A metal grating used in an atomic reactor container comprising; (1) a steel having a hot-dip plating film containing zinc and aluminum as a base material, a chemical conversion coating film on that surface and an epoxy resin-based coating film having a thickness of 50 to 1000 μm containing no metal powder as an anti-corrosive pigment as an upper layer; (2) a steel having a blast-treated surface or a ground surface as a base material, a coated film having a thickness of 50 to 200 μm containing a metal zinc powder and a metal aluminum powder on that surface and an epoxy resin-based coating film having a thickness of 50 to 1000 μm containing no metal powder as an anti-corrosive pigment as an upper layer; or (3) a stainless steel containing 17 mass% or more of chromium as a base material. Such metal gratings are disposed on appropriate parts in the atomic reactor container.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control rod operation monitoring apparatus (rod worth minimizer) in which safety in performing a test can be improved and, in addition, convenience is enhanced.SOLUTION: As a representative configuration, a control rod operation monitoring apparatus 210 includes a sequence input unit 310 for inputting beforehand a sequence constituted of a combination of selection information of control rods 130 and an operation of pull-out or insertion, a display unit 230 which displays the next operation on the basis of the sequence, a selection input unit 222 for selecting an arbitrary control rod 130, an operation input unit 226 for performing the operation of pull-out or insertion on the selected control rod 130, and an operation monitor unit 300 which blocks the operation of the control rod 130 in the case where an operation different from the sequence is performed. In the control rod operation monitoring apparatus 210, the sequence input unit 310 is capable of inputting a sequence mixing pull-out and insertion as a test mode.
