    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal grating that may be used for a long period of time causing no peeling of a coated film and marked corrosion under an irregular high-pressure hot-water environment expected in design and excellent in scratch resistance and corrosion resistance under a regular use environment.SOLUTION: A metal grating used in an atomic reactor container comprising; (1) a steel having a hot-dip plating film containing zinc and aluminum as a base material, a chemical conversion coating film on that surface and an epoxy resin-based coating film having a thickness of 50 to 1000 μm containing no metal powder as an anti-corrosive pigment as an upper layer; (2) a steel having a blast-treated surface or a ground surface as a base material, a coated film having a thickness of 50 to 200 μm containing a metal zinc powder and a metal aluminum powder on that surface and an epoxy resin-based coating film having a thickness of 50 to 1000 μm containing no metal powder as an anti-corrosive pigment as an upper layer; or (3) a stainless steel containing 17 mass% or more of chromium as a base material. Such metal gratings are disposed on appropriate parts in the atomic reactor container.

      SOLUTION: In the concrete telegraph pole, one kind of reinforcing steel is installed between both ends of the pole so as to be given tension, and another kind of reinforcing steel is installed between one end and the middle part thereof so as not to be given tension. This fact is used, and a magnetic field is produced around the telegraph pole, and its response is detected. The internal reinforcing steel is identified, based on a change in periods of the magnetic response in the circumferential direction of the pole, which is caused by a difference between magnetic properties of the two kinds of reinforcing steel. As a result, the difference, which is small between production batches of internal reinforcing steels, can also be identified for the concrete telegraph pole.

The delayed fracture characteristics of the PC steel are evaluated based on the fracture resistance limit quantity of hydrogen.
