    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure prevention of occurrence of a cable disconnection event by securing extra length of cable allowing the cable to move smoothly even if strong tensile force by an earthquake acts on the cable rapidly.SOLUTION: A disconnection prevention device for a cable K is comprised of a guide rail 1 with predetermined length and fixed at the upper part of the facility and a plurality of traveling bodies 2 moving along the guide rail. Each traveling body comprises a suspension rod 3 extended downward and the cable is attached to the lower end of the suspension rod. In addition, the guide rail is comprised of a rectangular top plate, a vertical piece, and a horizontal piece. The plurality of traveling bodies moving along the guide rail is comprised of a progress part 7 arranged inside the guide rail and the progress part comprises multiple wheels 8 on both sides thereof and placed on both horizontal pieces constituting the guide rail.

Also, the cable maintains a state where it bends downwardly between adjoining rollers. When a great tensile force is suddenly applied to a cable laid in various facilities due to an uneven settlement of the ground or the like during an earthquake, the cable, which is bending downwardly between adjoining rollers, moves smoothly so as to extend with the help of the rollers.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of establishing operational environment of an earth leakage circuit breaker which allows for easy determination and establishment of a normal operating environment of an earth leakage circuit breaker.SOLUTION: A confirmation is made whether or not the ground resistances of the ground electrode 16 of a power reception transformer 12 and the ground electrode 15 of an electric apparatus 11 satisfy a reference value, and a confirmation is made whether or not an obstacle 17 exists between the ground electrode 16 of the power reception transformer 12 and the ground electrode 15 of the electric apparatus 11. If the obstacle 17 exists, the resistance between the ground electrode 16 of the power reception transformer 12 and the ground electrode 15 of the electric apparatus 11 is measured. When the resistance between the ground electrodes 15, 16 exceeds the reference value, it is rendered to satisfy a specified value. Consequently, the resistance between the ground electrodes of the power reception transformer 12 and the electric apparatus 11 becomes almost zero, and satisfies the operating environment of an earth leakage circuit breaker 14.
