The control part 4, 8 include storage parts 43, 44, 83, 84 storing reference body pressure distribution and actual body pressure distribution, and arithmetic parts 42, 82 controlling the internal pressure regulating part 3 so that the actual body pressure distribution approaches the reference body pressure distribution.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mattress with a novel structure capable of advantageously urging improvement of blood circulation of a user, and to provide a control method of the mattress.SOLUTION: Plural cells 24 are arranged in matrix on a body pressure action surface. On the basis of a body pressure applied to each cell 24 measured by body pressure measurement means 88, a cell 24 where a body pressure equal to or larger than a predetermined value is measured is selected as an object cell 24. Then, an inner pressure of a fluid chamber 42 of the object cell 24 is increased to pressurize a part of the body of a user with the object cell 24 for a predetermined period, and the inner pressure of the fluid chamber 42 of the object cell 24 is decreased to cancel the pressure applied by the object cell.

The body pressure sensor unit 10 includes a body pressure sensor 5 and a control part 4. The body pressure sensor 5 includes a thin film 51 for the body pressure sensor, electrodes 01X-16X, 01Y-16Y for body pressure, and detection parts A0101-A1616 for body pressure. The body pressure sensor 5 can detect the body pressure of a seated person M as quantity of electricity. The control part 4 calculates the body pressure distribution of the seated person M based on the quantity of electricity and discriminates the posture of the seated person M based on the body pressure distribution.
