    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine wherein a structure of a guide frame allowing movement of a mechanical unit in the vertical direction of a seat back portion is simplified and weight-saved.SOLUTION: The massage machine includes: the mechanical unit 50 having massage balls and a drive mechanism portion 60, capable of moving up and down inside the seat back portion; and the guide frames 20 allowing the movement of the mechanical unit in the up-and-down direction of the seat back portion 13. The guide frame is disposed with a rack over an up-and-down movement range of the mechanical unit. The mechanical unit includes: a base portion supporting the drive mechanism portion; rotors disposed in a base portion side end part, and moving the base portion relatively to the guide frames; and rollers making rolling-contact with the guide frames. In the rotor, one part is formed in a cylindrical face shape, and the other part is formed as a gear-like pinion gear portion. The pinion gear portion of the rotor meshes with the rack while maintaining a state that a cylindrical face-shaped part of the rotor and the roller sandwich a part of the guide frame.
