    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a novel olefin polymerization solid catalyst component that is excellent in polymerization activation of olefin and in to-hydrogen activation during polymerization, as well as that is capable of producing an olefin polymer having a high MFR and stereoregularity and having an excellent rigidity.SOLUTION: A method for producing an olefin polymerization solid catalyst component includes: applying a first step of contacting and reacting magnesium compound, titanium halide compound of tetravalence, and one or more kinds of a first inner electron donative compound in which aromatic dicarboxylic acid diesters are excluded, and followed by washing; applying a second step of contacting and reacting the product obtained, with one or more kinds of a second inner electron donative compound, and followed by washing; and applying a third step of contacting and reacting titanium halide compound of tetravalence and one or more kinds of a third inner electron donative compound.
