摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state motor protective device which uses polymer PTC chips as a switching element, particularly useful for the operating voltage of automobiles, of the order of 42Vdc. SOLUTION: A solid state motor protective device includes polymer PTC chips, arrayed in series in a fixed resistor. The device gives protection of a locked rotor at a low voltage, under environment and voltage conditions, and brings about various desirable performance characteristics for avoiding deleteriousness during a temporarily locked status at a low voltage, under atmosphere and current conditions, as well. A polymer PTC register 12 and a fixed register 14 are stacked together by a spring member 22, which is received by an open-end isolator 16. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit interrupter for a small electric motor that is small in size, low in cost, and has a high reliability and long life. SOLUTION: Circuit interrupters 10, 10' comprise a bimetal member 18 as a switching member having a portion 18a on which the circuit interrupter is formed and provides a snap action movement between the saucer type structures opposing each other. An extended portion 18b having reinforcement function formed integrally with the circuit interrupter formed-portion extends from it and a movable contact is fitted to its free end. The reinforcement function structure comprises one or more ribs that are formed at the opposing bent periphery parts and at the portion of extended length extending in the longitudinal direction. In one implementation state, the bimetal member is fitted inside a box member 14 in cantilever style. In other implementation state of the circuit interrupter, a bimetal member 18D comprises a first and a second extended portions 18b that extend from both sides of the formed portion of the circuit interrupter and has a double brake system.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly unit, capable of crimping a terminal cap in an airtightly sealed condition to a case by opening an electric charging circuit over a wide range increase of a battery internal pressure, without any ventilation similarly to the case of ventilation at a predetermined high pressure level. SOLUTION: A stationary contact plate 16, shaped overall into a disc shape and provided with a vertically raised contact part 16a, is formed from an electrically conducive surface provided with a contact surface plated with gold/silver and fitted in a cylindrical part 12f of a recess part 12b. A bottom part of a heater 12 which serves as an inside surface of a terminal cap device exposed to an electrolyte inside a case is provided with a solid part 12h, extending between a diaphragm 12d and a flange 12a. A movable contact tab 20a is separated from a stationary contact part 16a so as, to shut off electric current flowing to a top part cap 24 via an electrode tab 8, the header 12, the stationary contact plate 16, and a spring 20, so that a safety or protection function is provided.
