摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve triggering associatively with a variable bandwidth of a frequency band.SOLUTION: A device includes a trigger signal generation part which generates a trigger signal when a trigger event occurs as well as an input processor which generates a digital signal on receiving an input signal. A time frequency conversion part converts a frame of digital data of the digital signal into a frequency spectrum having at least two frequency bins differing in frequency width. Each frequency bin has a power amplitude value. The trigger signal is generated when a power amplitude value of at least one of the two frequency bins violates an associated reference power level. In some cases, output may be shown as a density trace and the trigger signal is generated when any point of the density trace violates an associated density threshold.

A capture time adjustor 654 controls when in the first data processing period the data sampler captures second sampled data, in accordance with user instructions. When to capture the second sampled data may also be determined by using a probability distribution function.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a frequency domain measurement result and a demodulation domain measurement result as a time function at the same time when measuring signal power-to-distortion characteristics of a digital signal having a plurality of sub-bands.
SOLUTION: An importing system 12 imports a time domain data that represents a digital signal. A frequency domain calculator 16 converts a time slice of the time domain data into a frequency domain data, and processes the frequency domain data to obtain a frequency domain measurement result of each time slice. A demodulation calculator 18 converts the time slice of the time domain data into a demodulation domain data, and processes the demodulation domain data to obtain a demodulation domain measurement result of each time slice. A display unit 20 displays the frequency domain measurement result and the demodulation domain measurement result as the time function in display panels 20A, 20B at the same time.
