    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a percutaneous absorption promoting composition mitigating expressing side effects, good in morphine's percutaneous absorption, and slight in skin irritancy when administered.
      SOLUTION: The percutaneous absorption promoting composition is obtained by including morphine in a composition that is prepared by incorporating, as necessary, an organic acid, a fatty acid ester, an aromatic ester and/or the like in a pyrrolidone derivative and a 10-18C higher fatty acid as the essential two components. This composition is such that the morphine's percutaneous absorption from the skin's keratin, via corium layer's capillary vessels and the blood vessels at the depth thereof, into the systemic circulatory system is easily improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicator for electroporation capable of further reducing the adverse reaction to an organism than a conventional one, with excellent efficiency in feeding and sending a medicament, to be easily handled, and a system and a method of medication for electroporation.
      SOLUTION: Electrodes 112 are mounted on a plurality of recesses 114 formed in an electrode support body 113, and a medicine 131 comprising the medicament and electrolyte is stored in the recesses. As the electrode is not directly in contact with a subject of dosing 135, the adverse reaction to the organism can be further reduced than a conventional one. In addition, as the electricity can be fed from the electrode via the medicine, the dosing part functions as a microelectrode and the intensity of the electric field can be enhanced, so that the electroporation can be efficiently performed.
