    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying processing device 11 that can comparatively efficiently dry and process a material to be dried such as food waste which is plasma-reduction processed in a comparatively short time at a comparatively large amount.SOLUTION: A longitudinal outer cylinder 26 of a material stirring mechanism 25 which can transport the material to be dried while stirring it is accommodated in an internal space of a heating tank 13. Stirring bar groups 29, 30 are arranged in an internal space of the longitudinal outer cylinder 26. Surrounding and connecting faces which connect center lines extending in axial core directions of a large number of the stirring bars 31 which constitute the stirring bar groups 29, 30 are formed in almost spiral shapes.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water activation apparatus capable of being installed by a simple method and capable of efficiently developing a water activation action to keep the same over a long period of time.
      SOLUTION: The water activation apparatus comprises a conductive cylindrical housing 1 having an inflow port 13a and an outflow port 13b, a conductive cover body 12 covering the outer periphery of the housing with an insulating material 11 and insulated from a water passing pipe 4 and water activation materials 3 based on a mineral and molded into a small lumpy shape. The water activation materials 3 are held to the holding part 20 of a holder 2 without being brought into contact with each other and a large number of the holders are arranged on the same straight line multiply along the flow direction of the internal space 15 of the housing. The outer shapes of the holders are almost fitted to the inner peripheral surface of the internal space of the housing to close the housing and water is passed from a large number of the water passing ports 23 formed to the holding parts. The water passing ports are provided with revolving inclined surfaces 23a for generating deflected flows in a revolving direction, inside inclined surfaces 23b forming deflected flows in an inside direction and outside inclined surfaces 23c forming deflected flows in an outside direction.
