      SOLUTION: In this fiber-based or resin-based geogrid (net-like sheet for civil engineering) 10, a net portion 10a of loose texture is woven in such a manner that coating makes crossing portions of warp and weft connected together by making the warp and the weft cross each other, and concurrently with that, a side reinforcing band 10b at the side edge of the net portion and a connecting hole 11 in the side reinforcing band 10b are formed. Concurrently with the weaving of the net portion 10a, a central longitudinal reinforcing band 10c is formed in the center of the net portion 10a, and a central lateral reinforcing band 10d is formed in the center of the net portion.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seafloor construction matter that does not take up much space for transportation and facilitates an underwater operation.
      SOLUTION: The seafloor construction matter (A) for improving the seafloor environment comprises netlike belt-like bases (1), made of a biodegradable fiber having a mesh to pass sludge and a plurality of water flow resistance bodies (2) that are placed on the belt-like bases (1), arranged in the lengthwise directions of the belt-like bases in one line at certain intervals so as not to be mutually piled, made entirely of a biodegrading fiber woven fabric and are trapezoidal in a development form. The water flow resistance bodies (2) each have constitution such that among a front long side and a rear short side which are opposed, the rear short side has approximately the same length as the width of the belt-like base (1), the water resistance bodies are deformed so that both the right and the left oblique sides are made parallel, and a rear edge part (3) and a right and a left edge parts (5) and (4) are sewed to the belt-like base (1). Consequently, a forward open part (7), which is wholly in the same direction is formed between the front edge part (6) of the water flow resistance body (2) and the belonging base (1).
