The three-dimensional rotor 7 has an opening 11a as a flow-in port for letting wind flow into the inside of the three-dimensional rotor 7, a flow passage PTH which is provided inside the three-dimensional rotor 7 and is communicated with the opening 11a and in which wind flowing in through the opening 11a flows, an opening 11b which is communicated with the flow passage PTH and is as a flow-out port through which wind from the flow passage PTH flows out, and a wind receiving part 5 which is provided in the flow passage PTH and is provided with a plurality of wind receiving faces 5a to lead wind received on each wind receiving face of the plurality of wind receiving faces 5a onto the other wind receiving face 5a.
