    • PURPOSE:To make the adjustment of cement milk in a cement silo on board a ship accurate, by using load cells for measuring the weights of a material to be measured and a standard weight prototype, receiving the electric signals by a microcomputer, and performing computation. CONSTITUTION:A standard weight prototype 6 supports a standard weight 7, which is manufactured so as to have accurate weight of 1kg, in a tightly closed container 9 through a load cell 8 just as in a cement silo 2. The standard weight prototype 6 is arranged at the position of the center of gravity G2 in the cement silo 2. The electric signals, which are generated by the respective load cells 5 and 8 for the cement silo 2 and the standard weight prototype 6, are inputted to a controller C. Cement is continuously taken through a rotary feeder 10, which is provided at the lower end of the cement silo 2, into a mixing tank 11. Fresh water is supplied from a fresh water pipe 12.

    • PURPOSE:To automatically control injection pressure and injection flow rate in such a way that injection pressure flow curves which have been drawn beforehand are photoelectrically read out, the injection pressure and flow rate in the injection tube are compared, and the flows rate into the hydraulic cylinder is controlled. CONSTITUTION:After an injection pressure flow curve C has been drawn beforehand on the white paper 39, photoelectric detection is made for the flow position on the curve C corresponding to the injection pressure which has been detected by an injection pressure detector 36, the detected value is sent to a flow indicating regulator 40, whereby it is compared with the flow rate which has been detected by an electromagnetic flow meter 35, and the compared operational value is sent to an electromagnetic hydraulic servo valve 41. Thus, since the flow rate to be supplied into a hydraulic cylinder 10 is controlled, the injection pressure and injection flow rate can be automatically controlled.

    • PURPOSE:To mix powder and liquid in such a way that the mixing ratio of both is kept always constant by constituting a continuous type mixer for powder and liquid of a powder charging upper vessel provided with scraping vanes and a lower vessel provided with a liquid lead-in port and an impeller. CONSTITUTION:While a motor 9 is being driven, a constant amount of liquid is supplied through a liquid lead-in port 3 into a lower vessel 1, and a constant amount of powder is charged through a powder lead-in pipe 6 into an upper vessel 2. The powder is dropped from the top of a guide wall 7 onto a rotating impeller 11 of the vessel 1 by the rotation of scraping vanes 13 mounted to an arm connected to the motor 9. The liquid supplied through the port 3 passes between a lower partition plate 15 and the vessel bottom, is moved as if to be released from the impeller 11 by blades 16, and is mixed with the powder by the impeller 11. Further, these are allowed to collid against stationary vanes 18 by the velocity energy during agitating and are thereby thoroughly mixed. The mixture is removed through a discharge pipe 5. Since the entire amount of the charged powder is mixed, the fluctuation in mixing ratios does not occur.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the mixing effect by acting the mixing effect due to a stirring blade and a centrifugal pump synergistically to a solution to be mixed. CONSTITUTION:If a powder and water are introduced in a mixing tank 1, a two- way cock 19 is closed, a two-way cock 20 is opened and electromotor 12 is driven to rotate the stirring blade 7 in the tank and the centrifugal pump 8 of a tank bottom on the same shaft, a high viscous substance contained therein is passed through tank external pipes 16, 17 while mixed and entered to an upper portion of the tank 1 again to be recirculated. Thereby, a light powder in the upper portion is prevented from being floated while not mixed. After mixing, two-way valves 19, 20 are rotated reversely and transferred to a next stage stirring tank from a pipe 18, but, because the obtained mixture is sucked up by the pumping pressure, the stirring tank and the mixing tank 1 are placed on a same level in a horizontally arranged manner and the apparatus can be arranged in an easily transportable shape.
