    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination system capable of efficiently illuminating surrounding and in front of a moving human.
      SOLUTION: The illumination system is equipped with a plurality of illumination fixtures which are dispersed and installed in an illumination region, a human detection part capable of detecting a position of a person which passes through in at least the illumination region, and a control part capable of controlling lighting on/off or light adjustment of the illumination fixtures so that a personal illumination is carried out surrounding the person according to output of the human detection part. The illumination region is composed of a plurality of areas in order to recognize the position of the person, the control part has a position predicting means for predicting in each area unit the movement destination of the person who moves from an arbitrary original point in the illumination area based on the present or past positional information of the person himself, and when the person moves in the continuous areas continuously to the original point area including the original point as a moving path, the illumination fixtures are operated which are in the continuous areas anticipated as the movement destination at the time point when the person is separated from the original point area.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for efficiently performing personal air conditioning by predicting, based on positional information on a person, the next position of the person. SOLUTION: The air conditioning system is provided with air conditioning parts installed with respect to each air conditioning zone in an air conditioning region comprising the two or more air conditioning zones, a person detection part capable of detecting a position of a person passing at least within the air conditioning region, and a control part capable of controlling the air conditioning parts so as to perform local personal air conditioning around the person in accordance with output of the person detection part. The control part has a position prediction means for predicting, on an area basis, a position of a movement destination of a person moving from any base point within the air conditioning region based on his/her current or past positional information.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination system capable of enhancing workability or amenity by adjusting at least an output of a lighting fixture in a person-absent area depending on whether the number of persons in a person-present area is singular or plural.
      SOLUTION: The illumination system is provided with a plurality of illuminating means 12 arranged in each of unit areas, a person detecting means 14 for detecting presence of a person in each of unit areas, and a controlling means 16 for adjusting the output of the illuminating means based on the detected signal from the person detecting means. The controlling means is so designed that the outputs of the illuminating means of each of the areas be reduced in the order of a person-present area, a first person-absent area around the person-present area, and a second person-absent area outside of the first person-absent area, and that the output of the illuminating means in the first person-absent area be larger when the number of persons in the corresponding person-present area is plural rather than singular.
