    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the usability of a building by shortening a use restriction period of building equipment of each dwelling unit, associated with downpipe renewal work, and effectively utilizing a future utilization space used for the renewal of downpipe. SOLUTION: A wall body (15) is arranged in such a manner as to partition a storage space (16) and at least partially face a shared section of the apartment house. The storage space is arranged adjacently to a downpipe section (11) in which a shared downpipe (1) is arranged. A downside area of a removable floor structure (18) constitutes an extended or crossing section of a piping pit (5). The storage space on each floor is arranged in substantially the same plane position. In the storage space, the downpipe section, in which the shared pipe can be newly arranged, is formed by removing the floor structure. The downside area of the floor structure forms a space for connecting a horizontal drain pipe (3), connected to the existing shared downpipe, to a newly arranged shared downpipe (1').
